Abu Dhabi licences can be verified through the TAHAQAQ service on tamm.abudhabi, Dubai licences through the Department of Economy and Tourism, and the ADGM registration through the ADGM Registration Authority.
Compliance
Counterparties are screened against the OFAC, EU, UK and UN sanctions lists before an engagement begins, and rechecked for ongoing relationships.
Personal data is processed under the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021, kept to what the work requires, and transferred only under contractual safeguards.
The group does not take part in arrangements designed to work around sanctions or banking compliance, and does not accept business that cannot be documented openly.
Due diligence
Licence copies, certificates of incorporation and VAT certificates are available on request to banks, auditors and counterparties. Write to us and say what you need them for.
